WasteSmart ESG collects the 40 key ESG data points for food-service and facilities businesses. Dashboards, emissions, reports and audits are all built from the same evidence-backed entries, so the numbers agree everywhere.
Photograph a bill, weigh slip, meter or chalk board, attach a file, or just type what happened. The platform reads it, matches each figure to the right data point and pre-ticks the clear ones. Blurry photos are sent back for a retake, never guessed.
Tell it once that "bin" means general waste and it remembers, for your organisation. Decimal commas, headings carried down a list, several lines added up and units assumed from your site defaults are all handled.
Every photo, file and note is kept, filed by site, month and data point, and linked to the entries it supports. Filter, search, view, or download a ZIP with an index of who logged what and when.

Each data point carries its framework reference, including GRI, IFRS S2 and the GHG Protocol, plus South African requirements such as COIDA and Certificates of Acceptability.
